What is Home Staging?
Home Staging is an incredibly effective way to showcase your home at its best to captivate buyers and maximize sales potential.
The elements of home staging will help draw buyers' focus to the best features and highlights of your home, while eliminating potential distractions
The goal of staging is to make your home appeal to a mass audience in a compelling way.
How does the process work?
We will provide you with an estimate and once accepted your install date will be locked in, we will then arrange a day and time to view your property.
After we have viewed your property, you will receive your finalised quote and staging agreement.
We allow a full day to complete the staging so recommend your photographer is booked for the following day.
The hire period is five weeks which gives you time for photography, marketing, open homes and the sale process.
If, after the 5 week period you need to extend, we will do our best to accommodate you but unfortunately, we can't guarantee extensions.
Why should I spend money on a house that I am selling?
Your home is generally your biggest investment, and our staging will help to maximise your return on this investment.
Staging with our team is a worthy and affordable investment that will set your home apart and can reduce market time.
Investing in home staging helps justify asking prices. We have seen firsthand, homes staged by us exceeding our client's expectations.
Do you offer partial staging in our house?
We are no longer offering partial staging of any kind; this is due to the current high demand for home staging and stock levels.
We review our business model regularly and will post updates if this changes.
What if I don't like the staging items that you bring in?
Selection and placement of artwork, furniture, and accessories is at the discretion of Centre Stage Design.
While it may not be to your personal taste, you have hired us for our skills and expertise. We will ensure that our staging items are selected and placed to best showcase your home.

What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfer and we also offer a 5-week installment plan.
The 5-week installment plan is made up of 5 equal payments over 5 weeks. Your first payment is due the week prior to installation and your final payment is due the week before your contract ends.
There is usually an option to extend your contract if required.
